Investment Criteria

Skydeck invests in management buyouts, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations, focusing on companies in tech-enabled services, industrial and B2B services, manufacturing, and engineered products. We prioritize businesses with strong cash flows, recurring demand, and growth potential, typically investing $5-10M in independent sponsor deals targeting $1-3M of EBITDA. Our HoldCo strategy targets manufacturers of engineered products with $5-15M of EBITDA, seeking majority to full ownership positions.
