Investment Criteria

Skydeck invests across all real estate asset classes and investment structures with a preference for in-place cash flows or investments with paths to high-quality cash flows. We invest - directly - long-term. Skydeck looks for well-located assets with experienced sponsors and operators who are willing to materially invest alongside us. Our typical equity investment ranges from $5-10M with control over conventional major decision rights. With limited exceptions, we do not invest in real estate funds.
